How you will contribute
A Physical Therapy Assistant who excels in this role:
Implements the plan of care under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
Modifies treatment plan as conditions warrant, to maintain the safety and wellbeing of each patient/client.
Consults with the physical therapist if the patient's/client's condition has changed or there is a need for re-evaluation.
Accurately documents each episode of care in a timely fashion consistent and Rehab Services department documentation guidelines.
This position will be 60% acute care in the hospital setting and 40% in the outpatient clinic.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have current NC Physical Therapy Assistant License and possess an associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. Additional requirements include:
Clinical experience preferred but not required
BLS within 30 days of hire
