Description
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with facility and regulatory standards
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and effective care
Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Certifications
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are advantageous, but not mandatory
Skills
  • Prior experience in a relevant setting is highly desirable
