(On-site | School-Based Setting) Job Type: Full-Time | 2025-2026 School Year Start Date: August 12, 2025 About the Role: We are seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Greeneville, TN . You will work with a diverse caseload of students to support communication and language development as part of a collaborative special education team. Interview Details: Candidates will be contacted for a virtual or phone interview with school administrators or the special education director. Interviews typically include a review of credentials, experience with school-based populations, and scenario-based questions related to IEP development and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings Develop and implement therapy plans focused on communication goals Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and Medicaid billing (if applicable) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers Serve students across various grade levels, depending on final caseload assignment Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Tennessee SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome School-based experience preferred but not required Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills Benefits: Competitive compensation Consistent school schedule with holidays and breaks Supportive team environment Opportunities for mentorship and professional development Potential for contract renewal or extension
