Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Westland, MI
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $50.00/hour

Description

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a dynamic school team in Westland, MI . These are on-site school-based positions supporting students from ages 3 to middle school across multiple school locations.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students as specified in IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting

• Support generalization of communication skills in classroom environments

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist License

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
