Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist in Lumberton, NC for the 20252026 school year. This role plays a vital part in supporting students physical, emotional, and developmental needshelping them thrive both academically and personally.

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs in K12 settings

• Assess students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional performance in the school environment

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams

• Support students in building skills for academic participation, self-care, and independence

• Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and classroom strategies to support access to curriculum

• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and planning

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• North Carolina licensure or eligibility to practice as a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
