Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Pittsfield, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K12 students strengthen their communication skills and reach their full academic and social potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine student needs

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each students goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success

  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and ensure IEP compliance

  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities

  • Provide guidance to families and staff on strategies to support communication development

  • Adjust therapy plans as needed based on ongoing progress monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

  • Previous school-based experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
