Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Windsor, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Windsor, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to help K12 students develop their communication skills and achieve success in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students goals

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student growth and success

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and ensure IEP compliance

• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

• Offer guidance to families and staff on strategies to support communication skills

• Adjust therapy plans based on ongoing progress monitoring and evolving needs

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs welcome to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
