Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Hinsdale, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Hinsdale, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K12 students improve their communication skills and achieve success in academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with each students goals

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and IEP compliance

• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions

• Educate families and staff on techniques to support communication development

• Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on student progress and evolving needs

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs welcome to apply

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
