This role is based in Naperville, IL, serving students in an elementary school setting with a schedule of 4 to 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student outcomes Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification or license Experience working with elementary school-aged children Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a caseload effectively Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and educational standards Location: Naperville, IL, within an elementary school environment This contract assignment offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development over an extended period.
