• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students ages 521 in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique communication needs.
• Work closely with educators, behavior analysts, and families to support holistic development.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques, including AAC devices and social communication strategies.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Maryland SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Passion for working with neurodiverse populations
