School Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity Part-Time Contract in Fremont, CA

A school district near Fremont, CA is looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide services for the remainder of the semester. This is a 3-month contract starting immediately and running through mid-November , with 2 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Deliver therapy services to students across various grade levels

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and IEP teams

• Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
