Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
This speech therapist is part of the Home Care team.
This position is in Home Care Service.
This is a PRN position and will cover PTO, LOA and staffing shortages.
100% travel to the patient's homes to provide care.
The territory will be Ashtabula and Geauga Counties.
The patient population is peds referrals from Rainbow Babies and Children's.
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Therapy program.
Licensed by the State of Ohio to practice Speech-Language Therapy.
Previous home care experience preferred.
Experienced preferred.
Primarily Adult rehab with some cross coverage of pediatrics.
