Job Type: Full-Time or PRN (as-needed)
Pay: $42$52/hour ($87,000$108,000 annually)
Bonuses: $2,500 sign-on bonus + monthly performance bonuses

About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Stanwood, WA. This role combines hands-on, one-on-one patient care with technology-enabled treatment tools to improve outcomes and patient engagement. Youll work in a supportive, patient-first environment that values results over quotas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized 45-minute outpatient physical therapy sessions

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical patients

• Develop customized care plans supported by digital tracking and clinical tools

• Educate patients on recovery, movement, and wellness techniques

• Use streamlined EMR and digital health platforms for documentation

• Collaborate with PTAs and fellow clinicians in a team-focused setting

Qualifications:

• Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license

• CPR certification

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with or open to learning digital rehab platforms

• New graduates and experienced PTs welcome

Schedule & Pay:

• MondayFriday only no weekends or evenings

• Full-Time or PRN options available

• $42$52/hour ($87K$108K annually)
