Job Duties- Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Engage in evidence-based practices to promote patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily activities.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Work in harmony with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Equip patients and their relatives with knowledge and techniques to support ongoing progress outside of therapy.
- Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track toward their goals.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Pursuit of continuing education or advanced certifications is encouraged and supported
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
