Position :- Occupational Therapist

Contract :- Full-time, On-site

Summary

We're excited to be expanding our services and are looking for our first Occupational Therapist to help build and grow this new part of our practice. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our OT program while working alongside a supportive, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with neurodivergent children in a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming way, excited about collaborating across disciplines (SLP/OT), and interested in helping build a program from the ground up with the potential to help develop a future OT team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical and mental abilities and their needs.Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living and work skills.Teach patients how to use adaptive tools and techniques to perform everyday tasks.Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust plans as needed.Educate family members and caregivers on how to support the patient's progress at home.Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare team members.Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred).State licensure or registration as required.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
