The Children's SPOT is therapist-owned, employee-driven and client-focused. We provide Speech, Occupational and ABA therapy and have a strong reputation in the area for being the best at what we do.

Join our therapy team and provide speech therapy for our private school partner in Eldersberg MD, and work with children with language-based learning challenges. This is a unique opportunity to work with specialized reading tutors, motivated and creative teachers and a group of fantastic kids, not to mention our own team of SPOT OT's who also provide services at the school.

Responsibilities Perform evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that client, working with them to set short and long term goals Perform skilled interventions that meet the clients individual needsCollaborate with school staff, teachers reading tutors and parentsMaintain excellent records of client needs, care, and outcomesWork closely with the school and families to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for successQualificationsActive state license for practicing speech therapyAbility to collaborate with other professionalsAbility to create a therapy schedule and adjust the schedule as neededExcellent organizational skillsStrong documentation skillsFamiliarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suiteBenefits/PerksCompetitive CompensationGreat Work EnvironmentAccess to 401KSick and Safe LeaveFlexible Schedule, 10-20 hours per week
