Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school district in Racine, WI is seeking four Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year to provide essential services to K-12 students. This contract position offers a flexible caseload with opportunities to work across multiple school sites, supporting students from pre-K through 12th grade. The assignment begins August 18, 2025 and ends June 12, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language pathology services to students based on assigned caseload, which can range from early childhood through high school levels Travel to various school sites within the district to provide in-person support Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress Participate in evaluations, documentation, and meetings relevant to students' speech and language needs Qualifications: Master's degree (M.S. or M.A.) in Speech and Language Pathology or equivalent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; supervision available for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Experience in school-based or pediatric speech language pathology services is a plus Ability to adapt caseload preferences and work in a dynamic educational environment Benefits include competitive hourly pay negotiable between $40-$50 based on experience and specialty, weekly direct deposit payments, and eligibility for a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and reimbursement for licensing and travel expenses.
