This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to enhance student communication skills in a dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports Participate in meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure or certification as a School Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working in educational settings with children and adolescents across a range of speech and language disorders Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Location: Kansas City, KS
