Location: Cheney, WA Setting: K-12 School, primarily Elementary Type: Contract - Leave Coverage Start Date: Early October (exact end date TBD) Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct speech-language therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input regarding student speech and language goals. Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies. Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 40 students. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
