Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathology Assistants - Illinois Soliant is seeking two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a school district in Illinois. One position is full-time, and the other is part-time (2 days per week). Both roles will focus on supporting an autism program and collaborating closely with supervising SLPs to provide high-quality services to students. Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Support students in developing communication skills in alignment with IEP goals Implement therapy activities tailored to the needs of students in the autism program Document student progress and maintain session records Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to promote student success Assist with preparation of therapy materials and classroom supports Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field Active Illinois SLPA license or eligibility for licensure Experience working with students on the autism spectrum preferred Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills Commitment to supporting student learning and growth Position Details: Openings: 1 full-time and 1 part-time (2 days/week) Program: Autism Pay Range: $45/hour+ Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this position, or any other positions you see on the Soliant Health website.
