Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A speech-language pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support students across grades K-12 in a dynamic school setting in Spruce Pine, NC. This contract position covers the current school year, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication and learning. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school policies. Participate in meetings related to student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Desired Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with school-aged children, ideally K-12.
