This contract role is for the current school year and offers an opportunity to work with a diverse student population while supporting their speech and language development using advanced methods and technology. Qualified candidates should hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for Speech-Language Pathology and possess healthcare and pediatric experience. Proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and assistive technology is essential to meet the needs of students requiring these supports. While the position is full-time, part-time applicants and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will also be considered. Key Qualifications: SLP certification and licensure applicable to school settings Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy Proficiency in AAC and assistive technology applications Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educators Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized plans Incorporate AAC devices and assistive technology into treatment Document student progress and maintain compliance with school policies Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support teams to foster student success Location: Webster, New York Contract Duration: Current School Year (CSY) Schedule: Full-time preferred; part-time considered This role provides a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the academic and social growth of students through meaningful speech-language services.
