This full-time, contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, offering professional experience from August 25, 2025, through June 11, 2026. The role requires dedication to supporting the development of students through both direct intervention and collaborative educational planning. Responsibilities include: Delivering occupational therapy services in school-based and teletherapy settings Addressing fine motor and gross motor skill development in children across K-12 Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to create individualized plans to enhance student success Providing home health occupational therapy as needed Conducting evaluations and progress assessments to tailor interventions effectively Managing travel requirements within the designated geographic area Desired qualifications and experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school, home health, and teletherapy environments Strong background in fine motor and gross motor skill interventions Familiarity with COTA support in school settings is valuable Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and families Commitment to enhancing student capabilities and educational outcomes Location: New Berlin, WI area (travel required within this region) This position offers a competitive pay rate of $45-$55 per hour for a 35+ hour workweek.
