Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract This position is for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support in a K-12 school setting, serving students from 5th grade through high school. The role involves delivering both direct services and consultation assistance, helping to enhance students' educational experiences through tailored occupational therapy interventions. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades 5 through high school. Assist with consultations to support classroom teachers and staff in meeting students' needs. Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Maintain documentation and progress reports according to school and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license. Required to have current school-based OT certification. Experience working with K-12 students preferred. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team. Schedule and Location: Position is contract-based for the current school year. Work schedule is 2.5 days per week. Location: Mentor, Ohio.
