We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote optimal recovery and function. We will have preference for those who have a weightlifting or former athletic background. We are a private practice clinic seeking to break away from the traditional treatments provided in PT. We are located inside a brand-new gym in the downtown Niles area, where you will immediately notice the upbeat atmosphere upon walking in the door. We use the highest rated EMR software available (PROMPT) and integrate AI and voice recognition dictation to speed up documentation, automate goal, and write assessments so you have more time with each patient at home. Emphasis on functional exercise over boring traditional PT exercises is at the forefront of our identity. Along with innovative software and treatment styles we also offer high-tech rehab tools such as the AlterG antigravity treadmill, Shockwave Tissue Regeneration Therapy, dry needling, BFR, and the Neubie Neufit device. If you are looking for a completely different outlook on PT, this is the place for you. All patients are seen one-on-one to provide the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate new techniques into practice. Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Have a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
