Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a K12 school district in the Hammond, IN area. This role involves providing direct therapy, conducting evaluations and assessments, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with educational teams to support student success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in K12 settings.

• Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans.

• Complete documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana OT license

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
