A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed near Spring Lake, MI for the full 20252026 school year. This onsite position offers a middle and high school caseload, providing services to students in grades 512 within one district.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Support students in developing and improving functional, academic, and life skills

• Implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success

• Maintain accurate service records and progress documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings when appropriate

Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Active Michigan COTA license

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Ability to work onsite throughout the school year
