Clinical Occupational Therapist OTR/L

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their personal functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Activities: Leverage evidence-based methods to improve patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Engage with Diverse Teams: Work in partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy techniques to facilitate sustained progress outside of clinical settings
• Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify interventions when necessary to keep patients on their path

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications highly valued and supported

• Current active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory

• A deep passion for helping others achieve their greatest level of independence
• Strong communication skills that are empathetic and clear with patients and team members alike
