Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Inglewood Unified School District
Job Summary
Location: Inglewood Unified School District

SLP needed on-site in an elementary school setting. There will be a combination of assessment, treatment, case management, and supervision of SLPAs as needed. Please see below for specific responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial screenings as well as comprehensive evaluations in the area of speech and language to determine students' need for services or need of dismissal from services
* Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for speech therapy services.
* Educate family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over
* Maintain all documentation required by the district and ASHA's code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP's
* Collaborate with staff and family to establish appropriate plans for students
* Provide supervision and manage caseload of SLPA(s)
Requirements / Qualifications
* Master's degree in speech-language pathology
* CA State License Speech Language Pathologist
* ASHA certification
* Resume
