Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, patient-centered care
  • Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about effective therapy methods to promote ongoing improvements at home
  • Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients remain on track
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Continuing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and facilitated
Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
