Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and School SLP certification to provide services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position is based in Oneonta, Alabama, and covers the full academic school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for students across kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting various speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Qualifications and Experience: Current SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid School SLP licensure or certification as required by the state of Alabama Experience working with children in a K-12 school environment preferred Strong understanding of speech and language disorders relevant to school-age populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educators Location: Oneonta, Alabama Contract Details: Full academic school year (NSY) contract This opportunity offers the chance to impact student success within a supportive school setting.
