Job Responsibilities- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and create tailored therapy approaches to empower them in reaching their functional aspirations.

- Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical providers, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care.
- Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in understanding therapeutic strategies to extend progress beyond the clinic.
- Evaluate Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring effective patient care.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
- Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
