Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Part Time)

This part time position (24 hours/week) will be working on weekdays day shift and supporting our Irvington facility.

This role assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
