Responsibilities
- Will provide airway management, administration of nebulized medications, secretion management and application of oxygen therapy within the scope of practice under physician orders.
- Patient populations consist of adult, pediatric and neonatal patients.
- Plans, implements and evaluates effectiveness of therapy with communication to physician and health care team

LicensureEducation requirements:
- NC Respiratory Care Practitioner Required - And Certified Respiratory Therapist Required - Within 6 Months of Completion of Respiratory Therapy Program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist Required - Within 12 Months of Completion of Respiratory Therapy Program
Required Certifications:
- (Adult) Basic Life Support Required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Required.
- (Neonatal/Peds) Basic Life Support Required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Required.
- Must have all at time of hire
Education
Associate's Degree Respiratory Therapy Required
Experience
1 Year Clinical - Respiratory Therapy Preferred
