LOCATION: COLORADO SPRINGS, CO CLIENT: Dynamic Physical Therapy SETTING: PT - OP Ortho
(Client is also seeking a separate Pelvic-certified PT) START DATE: Late September or early October GUARANTEE: 32 hrs guaranteed / will be scheduled for 40 hrs/wk ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 Weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: 1+ yrs of prior OP Ortho experience STAFF: Other therapists on staff - can discuss on PIV EMR: WebPT CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: PT will be scheduled for 12 patients/day
40 minute treatment sessions
All 1:1 care, no double booking
Will be working with PTAs
5-6 new evals/week SCHEDULE: M-F 5x8s
Client is also open to a "9x80" schedule where the PT could work 5 days one week and 4 days the next week (80 hrs total) which gives a long weekend every other week ADDITIONAL INFO: Direct client dedicated to quality patient care
Client needs ~6 weeks to credential a provider with their insurance payors so start date will be based on when an offer is accepted LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS: SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: COVID VACCINE REQUIRED? TAKE HOME: BILL RATE: $
