Key Qualifications: Current and valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) Eligibility or certification to work as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with children across kindergarten through 12th grade Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and administrators Commitment to individualized student support and evidence-based intervention strategies Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to integrate strategies that support communication development in the classroom Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student goals Location: Waynesboro, PA
