Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of outpatient experience for a day shift contract assignment.

• Outpatient physical therapy setting specializing in sports performance
• Day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Located in a physical therapy clinic environment
• No local candidates accepted due to 65 mile radius rule
• Candidate will provide therapy services focused on outpatient and sports performance cases
• No Canadian Social Security Numbers accepted
• Compliance with facility documentation, verification, and immunization protocols is required
• Application must include all required certifications and documentation as specified

• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
• Valid Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Certifications must be from AHA and may not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required for consideration
