Position Snapshot

• Location : Remote (servicing school district(s) in Dallas, TX)

• Employment Type : 1099 contract (some listings may include W-2 options for benefits)

• Schedule : Full-time or part-time (varies by placement, with guaranteed hours available)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote speech and language assessments using standardized tools

• Develop and implement individualized IEPs and treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy to K12 students via teletherapy platforms

• Attend and participate in virtual IEP meetings

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes and therapy reports

What Were Looking For

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)

• Active Texas SLP license (CCC-SLP required)

• Strong school-based experience (typically 2+ years preferred)

• Proficiency with teletherapy/remote service delivery tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Reliable internet and quiet workspace setup
