SLP in Montesano, WA

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services for PreK5th grade students during the 20252026 school year. This contract position involves working within a K-12 school setting located in Montesano, WA, serving a caseload of approximately 5055 students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across PreK through 5th grade.
• Develop and implement assessment tools and treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student performance, maintaining detailed records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
• Provide early intervention and support to enhance communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably K-12.
• Strong understanding of speech and language disorders commonly seen in school-aged children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
