Occupational Therapist Full-Time Balm, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site position in Balm, Florida. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support K12 students physical, sensory, and functional development while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy plans to address students physical, sensory, and functional needs

• Provide direct therapy services to improve fine motor skills, coordination, daily living skills, and independence

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily routines and classroom activities

• Implement and monitor IEP goals with accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

• Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support students occupational development

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs in an educational setting
