• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an acceptable equivalent from an accredited institution

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (i.e., neurological or geriatric therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory

• Significant experience is highly preferred
