The position is an 8-week Long-Term Substitute (LTS) contract, starting in mid-October, with the potential to extend through the end of January or possibly into February. The role offers the chance to impact students' communication development in a structured educational environment. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for students across K-12 grades. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Document student progress and maintain accurate records. Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning. Qualifications: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12. Strong assessment and intervention skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
