Travel Physical Therapist - Antigo, WI

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Antigo, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to provide essential care in a home health setting and make a real difference in the lives of patients.

• Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Location: Antigo, WI

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in a home health setting.

• Evaluate patients, establish treatment plans, and set goals of treatment.

• Administer and supervise a variety of treatment modalities and procedures.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).

• Valid Driver's License and automobile liability insurance.

• BLS certification.

• Previous experience in a home health or similar setting is highly desirable.
