Your Role Aboard
  • Curate Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess each patient's unique needs and craft individualized therapy plans that assist them in achieving their functional objectives.

  • Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide a well-rounded and holistic approach to patient care.
  • Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on effective therapy techniques and provide tools to navigate ongoing progress at home.
  • Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure that patients stay on track with their recovery.
Essential Qualifications
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Openness to continuing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported
Necessary Credentials
  • Possess a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
