How you'll contribute: We're on the lookout for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who brings compassion, attention to detail, and team spirit to every patient interaction. Report patient progress and concerns to supervising therapists and collaborate with the care team. Educate families and nursing staff on supportive follow-through programs. Assist with scheduling and accurately post patient charges to records. Document care clearly and compliantly, meeting all regulatory, licensure, payer, and accrediting standards. Foster a safe, organized, and clean treatment environment for everyone. Operate with integrity, aligning with our Code of Business Conduct and all applicable policies and laws. Jump in wherever you're needed to support the team and our patients' success. Qualifications and requirements: Candidates must have certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree Current and valid state OTA license or certificate of practice or equivalent in the states where services are rendered CPR certification (when required) Why join us: We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
