This position is ideal for candidates holding credentials such as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLP-School, or SLPA-School and passionate about fostering communication development in pediatric populations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Provide targeted therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals. Monitor, track, and maintain detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Involve and educate families to support the therapy process and maximize student success. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology.
