Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school setting in Kirkland, WA. This part-time contract position offers a unique chance to impact the educational experience of children from diverse backgrounds during the 2025-2026 school year. Position Details: Part-time, 0.6 FTE (20-24 hours per week) Contract duration: September 3, 2025, to June 16, 2026 Caseload of approximately 20 students across K-12 grade levels Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver occupational therapy services tailored to students' individual educational needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within the academic environment Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support student development and functional performance Provide documentation and comply with school district regulations and timelines Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license to practice in Washington State Experience working with children in school-based settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently Ability to collaborate effectively with educational professionals and families Benefits include a competitive weekly pay structure, comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) plan, and reimbursement for continuing education units to support professional growth.
