Occupational Therapist School Setting in Aberdeen, MD

A school-based Occupational Therapist is needed to support K-12 students across multiple schools in Aberdeen, MD. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled therapist to provide essential occupational therapy services within an educational setting throughout the school year. The role requires being onsite and managing a diverse caseload in accordance with student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy intervention to K-12 students with various needs across multiple school sites
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress in compliance with regulatory and school requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
