Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our virtual team in Alabama. As a Virtual SLP, you will provide therapy services to K-12 students in schools across the state, using an innovative teletherapy platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual speech and language therapy sessions to K-12 students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language challenges and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Alabama state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is beneficial, but training will be provided.
