This temporary contract position focuses on delivering high-quality OT services, including teletherapy and home health care, for students requiring individualized therapeutic interventions as part of their education plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs in a K-12 environment.
• Deliver therapy services through direct home health visits and teletherapy platforms to ensure accessibility and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to integrate therapy goals within the educational curriculum.
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Support students during a leave coverage period, ensuring seamless therapeutic support.
